传统的污水处理工艺监控系统往往会受到实际环境的制约,存在着反应速度慢、使用寿命短、布线困难等缺陷。提出了一种基于无线Mesh网的MBR污水处理监控系统,结合ARM微处理器和无线通信技术,对该MBR污水处理工艺中的几个重要参数进行实时监测,并根据监测结果对曝气装置及抽吸泵开关进行自动控制,实现了对一体化MBR污水处理过程的远程在线监控,提高了污水处理效率。
As the traditional sewage treatment technology monitor system is always limited by the actual environment and it has the disadvantage of the low response rate, short service life and difficulty wire routing, a monitoring system based on wireless Mesh network for MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) sewage treatment was proposed. It combined the ARM (Advanced RISC Machines) micro- processor and the wireless communicating technology, and it can monitor several important parameters of MBR sewage treatment in real time and automatic control the aerating apparatus equipment and sucking pump switch according to the monitoring result. In this way, it actualizs the remote on-line monitoring of MBR sewage treatment process, for which it promotes the efficiency of the sewage treatment.
